1-Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under Indian law to use our services.

2-Services Offered: We are a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). Our services include loans, credit facilities, and advance salary services offered digitally.

3-Data Sharing via Account Aggregator Framework:

• 3.1: Consent-Based Financial Data Access
  By using our services, you authorize us to access your financial information through an RBI-licensed Account Aggregator (AA). We act as a Financial Information User (FIU) and access data only with your explicit consent.
  The data may include bank account details, transaction history, credit card statements, investment information, insurance policies, and tax data.
• 3.2: Purpose of Data Access
  We access this information solely for:
  • Assessing your creditworthiness
  • Processing and managing loan applications
  • Regulatory compliance and reporting
  • Fraud detection and risk evaluation
• 3.3: Scope and Validity of Consent
  You will be notified of the type and duration of access during the consent process. You can revoke this consent anytime via the Account Aggregator interface.
• 3.4: Data Security and Use
  We do not store or share your financial data beyond your consented purpose. All data is encrypted, securely handled, and never shared with third parties, except as required by law or regulators.

4-Your Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information and cooperate in any data verification or consent procedures.

5-Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by the Account Aggregator system or Financial Information Providers (FIPs). Our obligation is limited to proper handling of your data as per your consent.

6-Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance.
